Introduction

Any form of discrimination based on caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender, or disability is strictly prohibited at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Management & Information Technology (BVIMIT). The institute is committed to being highly sensitive in addressing incidents of caste discrimination and will take stringent action in such cases.

Officials and faculty members are expected to refrain from any acts of discrimination against SC/ST/OBC students based on their social origin.

BVIMIT has created a dedicated page on its website, bvimit.co.in, for SC/ST/OBC students to lodge complaints regarding caste discrimination. Additionally, a complaint register is available at the Registrar/Principal's Office for this purpose.

The institute ensures that no official or faculty member engages in any form of discrimination against any community or category of students.

If any incidents are reported to the authorities, prompt and strict action will be taken against the offending official or faculty member.
